At Momanda, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
